The essentials

We let you use the Reels Virales en Automático pilot while you have a plan in progress, on the computers of your account that your plan allows and with an internet connection.
The reels it creates are yours, also after cancelling.
You cannot copy it for others, resell it, modify it or get around its checks.
Third-party components have their own licenses, and those licenses prevail over this one.
Claude Code is not part of the pilot: it belongs to Anthropic and you use it with your own account.

1. Who grants you the license and what it covers

This license covers the pilot: the desktop application, the instructions Claude reads, its own templates and resources, the documentation and the updates we give you. The online service (your account, publishing on your Instagram accounts and what our server does) is governed by the Terms of Use and Subscription, which form a single contract with this license.

2. What you can do

Install and use the pilot on the computers connected to your account, up to the number your plan says.
Use it for your Instagram accounts and your clients', for personal or professional purposes, as long as you are the one working with your account and your own Claude access.
Make the technical copies the pilot needs to install, update and run, and one backup copy.

The license is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and lasts while you have a plan in progress.

3. What you cannot do

Copy, distribute, publish, lend, rent, sell or sublicense the pilot or any part of it.
Let other people use your account or your installation.
Modify, translate or adapt the pilot, except as third-party licenses allow (§5).
Decompile or disassemble the pilot, except to the extent the law expressly allows it, for example for interoperability.
Get around, disable or tamper with the account check, your plan's limits, the computer limit, mandatory updates or any other technical measure of the pilot.
Extract, publish or share the instructions for Claude, the templates or the resources of the pilot, use them outside Reels Virales en Automático or use them to create a product that competes with it.
Remove or change rights, trademark or license notices.

Normal use with your Claude is allowed. To work, your Claude Code reads the pilot's instructions and files, and their content reaches Anthropic through your Claude account. That is normal use and does not breach this license.

4. The reels it creates are yours

The Output is the reels and files the pilot creates on your computer while it works: the videos, their texts and what it uses to put them together.

You can use, copy, modify and distribute the Output on whatever terms you like, also for commercial purposes and after your plan ends, without paying us anything else.
You do not assign us any right over your Output. We only use the reels the pilot uploads to publish them on your accounts (see the Terms, §18).
Third-party material that ends up in the Output (music, fonts, images…) keeps its license: you are the one who must have the right to use it.
The templates and sample files, as they come with the pilot, are still ours. The copies the pilot places in your Output are Output.

5. Third-party components

The pilot works with third-party programs, models and services that it does not include or that it downloads from their official sources, among them Claude Code (Anthropic).

Each component is governed by its own license, which prevails over this one as far as that component is concerned.
Nothing in this license limits the rights those licenses give you.
When installing, the installer may accept the licenses of those programs on your behalf. Installing the pilot means accepting them.

6. Claude Code and Anthropic

Claude Code is not part of the pilot. You use it with your own Claude account or your own API key.
Your use of Claude is governed by your contract with Anthropic. We do not pay for, resell or act as intermediaries for your use of Claude, and the pilot does not send your Claude login details to our server.
Reels Virales en Automático is not affiliated with Anthropic, and it is not sponsored or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic PBC.

7. Connection, account and updates

The pilot needs an account with a plan in progress and an internet connection: it checks your account every time it works. It has no offline mode.
When you connect it to your account, the pilot stores a credential for that computer on your computer. Do not share it.
The pilot uploads the reels it has created to our server, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so that we can publish them.
Updates are part of the pilot and are governed by this license. Some are mandatory: with a version older than the minimum, the pilot only lets you update it.

8. Intellectual property and trademarks

The pilot is licensed, not sold. All rights this license does not expressly give you are reserved.
“Reels Virales en Automático”, “Reels Virales” and their logos are trademarks of their owners. This license gives you no right over them. The other trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are only named to identify them.

9. Duration and termination

The license starts when you install the pilot and lasts while your account has a plan in progress. It ends when the contract ends or if you seriously breach it (see the Terms, §15).
When it ends, the pilot stops working and you can uninstall it. Your Output is still yours. Sections 4, 5, 8, 10 and 11 continue to apply afterwards.

10. Guarantee and liability

If you are a consumer, you have the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services, as the Terms explain (§19), and liability is governed by them. The pilot works with your own Claude: review what it creates and back up whatever you want to keep.
